1st 4 weeks-no grain or sugar..yeah that includes alcohol. But seriously it’s August-who drinks in August?
Save it for the holidays.
2nd 4 weeks- you may add in one source of grain ie) quinoa, steel cut oats, ect. But only 3x per week.
3rd 4 weeks- back on the straight and narrow- no grain and no sugar.
Honey can be used sparingly. If you question if it “legal”..don’t eat it.
*1 cheat ITEM per week allowed at the cost of 100 burpees or 1000 meter row witnessed by another gym member.
